Let’s start by picking a daily activity that makes you feel happy and carefree. Example: bicycling, roller skating, or jumping on a trampoline! Another great idea: just taking a short walk to start off to get your body acclimated to moving again. Walking is a very transformative type of movement when you need to relax your entire body and nervous system (natural endorphin release). Let’s just start with the basics! Ready…Set…Go!
