Hope you all had a great Valentine’s Day!

Those of you that have a special someone and you celebrated with that person, and/or your BF, or maybe a group of Besties… Congrats to you all, You Succeeded in your endeavor to have not only a happy day, but thought of someone else and made their Valentines extra special! I work at a group home for the elderly a couple hours a week, and brought a few boxes of chocolates to some of the residents. As their Personal trainer and friend, boy, did that little gift of sweetness make their day! Some of them don’t have family anymore, so little gestures go a long way! That just makes my spirit soar! So, Folks, in closing, yes, every day is special to all people, I BELIEVE, that those of you who may feel alone, it’s only a moment’s thought, none of us are really alone, just reach out to anyone and wish them a Happy Day!
